The dissertation is the first special comprehensive research of the legal status of employers’ organizations, their associations as subjects of labor relations. The statutory implementation of the right of employers to association in international legal acts and in the legislation of Ukraine is researched in the article. The definition and status of employers’ organizations are defined. The order of creation and termination of employers’ organizations, their associations are characterized. The functions of employers’ organizations, their associations were allocated and researched. The elements of the legal status of employers’ organizations, their associations as subjects of labor relations were examined. Basic forms of participation of employers’ organizations, their associations in the social dialogue in the field of labour were characterized. Scientifically based proposals for improvement of acts of current legislation, draft Labour Code in terms of implementation of the legal status of employers’ organizations, their associations as subjects of labor relations were formulated.
