The thesis is dedicated to theoretical and methodological substantiation of scientific aspects and elaboration of practical recommendations as to development of the economy agrarian sector on the basis of bioeconomical principles. It defines essence, components and preconditions of the branch development on bioeconomical principles. There have been studied ecological, economical and legal aspects of the economy agrarian sector as based on combining economical and ecological interests. There have been generalized and improved methodological approaches as to evaluation and determination of correspondence between development of the economy agrarian sector and natural environment. There have been pointed out ecological and biological priorities of the agrarian sector development with consideration of natural and climatic characteristics. The work substantiates optimal structures of cultivation areas for farm crops and determines prognostic values of theoretical, technical and economical potentials of agricultural production biomass. There has been set up a comprehensive bioeconomical approach as based on optimal combination of agrarian sector development tendencies with maintenance and renovation of bioeconomical base quality components, providing for implementation of variety of measures regarding use of intensive farming biologization, buildup of energy potential, formation of prerequisites for ensuring ecological balance, growth of knowledge and rise of level of ecological awareness, safeguard and renewal of biological value and guarantee of economic expediency of natural resources use. The work substantiates priority areas to shape ecological policy with consideration of regional specifics, approximation of Ukraine's ecological and agrarian legislation to European law.
