The dissertation is devoted to the complex research to ensure citizens' rights to environmental education in The dissertation presents the integrated research of the superficies solo cedit principle. In this research the author defines the superficies solo cedit principle and describes it's nature. The development of the superficies solo cedit principle from the ancient Rome to the present days is investigated. The concept of the legal mechanism of the superficies solo cedit principle is determined. Legal forms of land use for building are investigated and legal consequences of termination of the land use right for building are analyzed. The scientific studies in the field of the legal basis of the superficies solo cedit principle are analyzed. On the basis of the research the suggestions on improving the current legislation in the sphere of realization of the superficies solo cedit principle are developed, and the theoretical conclusions, which can be used for further development of national land law, are suggested.
