Object - rolled composite material based on Portland cement for repair and waterproofing works; aim - the development of roll composite material based on Portland cement, which combines high strength bending and stretching; water resistance; unyielding to shrinkage and cracking; has ease of use; methods - the study of physical and mechanical properties were carried out by standard methods or regulations; methods of X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis and electron microscopy investigated products of cement hydration and microstructure of the composite; sign fibers and surface charge of dispersed particles defined by separation in an electrostatic field; used in the numerical methods for solving technological problems of construction and the method of Professor V.A. Voznesenskiy using computer technologies applying spreadsheets and trial-version package "Statistica"; novelty - established the applicability of polyester fiber in the form of nonwoven bulk structure (NWBS) in the cement composition of the multifunctional additive is allowed to form on the surface of the fiber protective clip of insoluble crystalline; found that the use of NWBS enhances the strength of cement composite bending to 14.34 MPa, improving grip concrete to 3.4 MPa, lower water absorption to 0.81% by weight; results - the optimum composition of roll composite material for repair and waterproofing with high physical-mechanical and technological characteristics; economic effect achieved in 23.0 UAH/m2 developed from the use of composite material in comparison to known by saving material resources and reduce deadlines and simplify the repair work; produced pilot batch of composition developed with high physical-mechanical and technological characteristics in the company of "Via-Telos", Kharkiv; scope of application - construction and reconstruction of industrial supplies.
