The thesis agreed date scientific and applied problems of improvement of theoretical and methodological foundations and analytical tools diagnosis of the sustainability of construction companies in the context of the characteristics of their operations as stakeholders of construction investment projects. Developed innovative analytical technology of diagnosing the state of economic stability (ES) stakeholders, which is adapted to the economic environment and functional characteristics of the construction project as a unique (for economic, product, technology, geographic or other criteria) contracting segment. Implemented in this settlement and technology base by criteria, rules and provide process-scale project localization threats of loss of economic stability and institutional entities executing construction project. ES introduced diagnostics technology enables effective monitoring of ES-based integrated multi-componente criterion indicator that corresponds with the content and the actual coordinates of the passage of the main events of the life cycle construction project.
