This thesis contains a study about effective endodontic treatment of teeth based on most rational three-dimensional root canal obturation method - Warm Vertical Compaction of gutta-percha combined with 150 Hz Vibration (WVC-V). In order to evaluate the effectiveness of different kinds of root canal obturation methods, it was carried-out a lot of experimental researches (microleakage investiga-tion; percentage of gutta-percha sealed area / PGFA /; periradicular tissues thermal injuries investigation follow Varm Vertical Compaction combined with 150 Hz Vibration) and clinical researches (long therm results by sympthoms and radiographs analysis). It was found that using ErCr:YSGG laser-activated irrigation and followed root canal obturation by Warm Vertical Compaction of gutta-percha combined with 150 Hz Vibration (WVC-V), promotes high rate success endodontic treatment, provides decreasing of microleakage, enchances sealing and significantly increases the percentage of gutta-percha sealed area / PGFA /. Warm Vertical Compaction (Con-tinious wave) of gutta-percha combined with 150 Hz Vibration (WVC-V) provides significantly (р?0,05) most effective experimental and clinical results than traditional Warm Vertical Compaction (Continious wave) and Cold Lateral Compaction. Effectiveness of endodontic treatment using both Warm Vertical Compaction (Continious wave) of gutta-percha combined with 150 Hz Vibration (WVC-V) and ErCr:YSGG laser-activated irrigation root canal cleaning is confirmed by the clinical and radiograph in long-term evaluations.
