Soroka T. Analysis of efficiency of production resources use of contract construction organizations in Ukraine.

Object - the process of specifying the efficiency of using production resources of contracting construction organizations. Purpose- to deepen the theoretical and methodical regulations and development of scientific and practical recommendations aimed at improvement of the analysis of the efficiency of using production resources by contracting construction organizations. Methods of induction and deduction, comparison, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, expert assessments abstraction and economic-mathematical methods and formalization. Results – summing up of the theoretical foundations and development of methodical approaches to the formulations and assessment of the level of social and labor safety of the enterprise. Novelty - theoretical foundations of identification and making use of production resources of construction organizations aimed at improving; the efficiency of their use, improving methods of their assessment are determined; the concept of "analysis of the efficiency of using production resources" gained further development; the system of analytical indicators of assessment of the efficiency of using fixed assets, labor and material resources is offered; scientific and methodical approach to the formation of analytical support of the efficient use of fixed assets of contracting construction organizations is grounded; the mechanism of the analysis of the efficiency of using labor resources is offered; the optimal structure of elements of human resources is grounded; the methods for analyzing the efficiency of use of material resources on the basis of development of the multi-factoring economic and mathematical models is improved. They are implemented in the activities of the joint-stock company “Lvivmiskbud” design-construction incorporation, "Spetsbud" specialized construction office, "Ternopilbud" Ltd, "Spetsbudmehanization" municipal enterprise and in the teaching process of the Ternopil national economic university. Scope is the activities of the contracting construction organizations.
