Babik I. Early rehabilitation of children with community-acquired pneumonia

On the basis of the investigation conducted, the conclusion has been made that in order to evaluated the development of asthenic syndrome and intoxication, a violation of the autonomic nervous system with community-acquired pneumonia, to monitor the efficiency of the introduce medical treatment and to foresee the development of the disease in children suffering from the community-acquired pneumonia, in clinical practice it is recommended to study the dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system using Wein's questionnaire, functional parameters, adaptive properties and immunological parameters (Salivary sIg A), the content of microelements such as iron, zinc, in the blood serum, copper, chromium, manganese, cobalt and lead and instrumental methods (heart rate variability and electroencephalography). In order to increase the efficiency of early rehabilitation of children after community-acquired pneumonia school age, a complex schemes for treatment with using metabolic or nootropic, symbiotic drugs and multivitamin-mineral complex has been proposed.
