Nikolaychuk O. Hetmanate in Russian-Turkish wars on the materials of "Complete collection of laws of Russian empire".

The thesis is devoted to the materials of "Complete collection of laws of Russian empire" as the source of the history of Ukraine participation in Russian-Turkish wars. The level of development of topic in historiography and source base has analyzed. It is noted that "Complete collection of laws of Russian empire" contains the large number of legislative acts concerning the history of Russo-Turkish wars. These documents can be divided into thematic groups. The legislative materials that reveal the participation of Ukrainian forces in the wars between the Russian and Ottoman empires, Hetmanate role in supplying the Russian army food, forage, horses, the involvement of Ukrainian population to the construction of defensive lines were systemized in the work. The features of use the materials of "Complete collection of laws of Russian empire" by historians were analyzed.
