The dissertation depths theoretical, methodological and practical principles of agricultural enterprises innovation and investment potential forming system. It expose and clarify the concept of "management innovation and investment activity" term, which, unlike the existing interpretations, reveals innovation and investment activities based on positions of integrated Ukrainian legislative and regulatory elements, as well as on strategy development, innovation in agricultural production and finalized by the product consumption. The work systematize agricultural enterprises innovation and investment activities key factors, which are crucial in determining the potential impact on their functioning assurance. It determines key elements of agricultural enterprises strategic directions economic development. The dissertation work develops proposals concerning agricultural enterprises innovation and investment activities formation mechanism, through a combination of innovation and investment activities, approaches and principles, which are described through functions and tools for their implementation, towards improving institutional and economic environment of innovational and investment activities of agricultural enterprises.
