The thesis is dedicated to development of theoretical, methodical and practical recommendations on the formation and development of agricultural market institution of wine industry. The author offered the conception of the formation of targeted and integrated organizational structure of marketing activity of agricultural market institution of wine industry. It is improved a methodical approach of projected extrapolation for the purposes of economic forecasting of the efficiency with a use of the method of row's average level per year for five years and the method of partial adaptations. It is determined: the strategy of development of marketing activity of wine industry; approach to diagnostics of its state in the light of world experience; development and trends of export-import activity; proved the conception of state support of agricultural market institution of wine industry from the position of world experience by offering moderate stable and fiscal regulators.
