Shevchenko V. Realization of the principle of freedom of contract in the land law of Ukraine.

The dissertation is an independent completed scientific work, which is devoted to important theoretical and practical issues related to the implementation of the principle of freedom of contract in land relations. The work deals with the issues of application of civil and land legislation regulation to contract land relationships in the context of freedom of contract. The author defines limitations of the freedom of contract principle regarding the stages of the contractual process. The dissertations is based on the legal analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine and legal doctrine. It revealed a number of shortcomings and gaps in the legal regulation of relations related to the application of freedom of contract. The suggestions on improving the current land law legislation in this relation were suggested.
