Kovach D. Legal regulation of occurrence of land rights.

The thesis is devoted to a complex theoretical research of the legal regulation of land rights, their characteristic features, terms, conditions, procedures, the occurrence of these rights, as well as the history of the development of the appropriate legal institution. The historical aspects of the development of the legislation regulating the occurence of land rights, the legal nature of a land plot as an object of land rights, the peculiarities of land formation, the legal nature of state registration of land rights, especially the emergence of proprietary and liability rights to land are discussed. The scientific and theoretical analysis of the concept and the legal nature of the grounds of land rights as well as their scientific classification were carried out . Suggestions for amendments and additions to the regulations of the land laws of Ukraine to improve the occurence of legal regulation of land rights are made.
