Object: educational process in the evening general education school. Aim: to identify and establish the complex of didactic conditions for organizing self-education activity of the evening school students and to test experimentally the model of its implementation. Practical value: the model providing implementation of the complex of didactic conditions for organizing self-education activity of the students is put into practice in the educational process; the ways to use research and instructional methodology for organizing self-education activity of the students at level-corrective basis are identified.
