Mrug O. Complex medical-psychological rehabilitation of the patients with paranoid schizophrenia with transactional analysis

The thesis is based on the complex clinical, psychopathological and psychometric examination of 164 patients with schizophrenia (including GO№1 - 41 patients, GO№2 - 41 patients, GC№1 - 25 patients GC№2 - 25 patients) - the peculiarities of dynamics compliance depending on the type of psychopharmacological and psychotherapeutic influence. The effect of atypical antipsychotics and group psychotherapy with transactional analysis on the effectiveness of therapeutic intervention on the quality of the formed remission was researched. It was found the use of atypical antipsychotics and group psychotherapy with transactional analysis allows to achieve the more acute reduction of the symptoms of the disease, the improvement of cognitive functioning and leads to the formation of more qualitative and prolonged period of remission.
