The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of the theoretical-methodological and practical principles of forming of the information-analytical maintenance of construction industry enterprises development potential assessment. An authorial definition of development potential considering the specificity of the construction industry was proposed and grounded, the potential was structured on two levels, its interconnections were defined and its structural elements were theoretically outlined. The definition of the information-analytical maintenance of construction industry enterprises development potential assessment was provided by the author, based on which the directions of its formation were defined. The structural-logical model of the development potential of construction industry enterprises integrated assessment and methodological approaches to formation of the information-analytical maintenance of the assessment and to improving the effectiveness of the development potential realization were developed. Application of matrix method for calculating the integral index of development potential forming and use of the Shewhart control charts in order to monitor the compliance of planned, actual and basic indicators of the construction industry enterprises development potential was proposed. Suggestions concerning improvement of the development potential use effectiveness by the construction industry enterprises by developing approaches to assessment of their effectiveness and creating a graphoanalytical diagram of the construction industry enterprises development potential realization was substantiated.
