Korzhylov L. Formation of the main directions of state support of development of tourist industry of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical research and the development of the methodical providing of state support of development of tourism industry. The study describes the theoretical basis of tourism industry development in Ukraine and worldwide. The essence of the concept of tourist industry has been defined. The structure of its components has been analyzed along with the expediency of strengthening the state support of tourism development. The method of determining the priority directions of development of tourist industry in Ukraine, based on the elements of infrastructural provision has been improved. The study developed and proved organizational support for the evaluation of the factors significance that affect the development of the tourism industry. It also identifies prospective types of tourism and their capacity by administrative-territorial units of Ukraine. Complex of measures, while the implementation will allow the systematizing of the main direction of industry development, strengthening the connection of their elements and increasing the effect of the public funds usage.
