Object: the process of state regulation of investment attraction. Purpose: To study the theoretical principles, methodical positions and practical recommendations to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of investment attraction. Methods: Systematics, logical method and synthesis, analogy and comparison methods; methods of economic-historical knowledge; methods of analysis, clustering, comparison, graphical method; economic and mathematical modeling and forecasting. It is offered: designed scientific and methodical approach to forecasting capital investment in Ukraine's economy, which makes it possible to take into account the value of estimated figures and factors affecting it in the state regulation of investment attraction; improved: organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of investment attraction; Methodological approaches to risk investment. Scope of usage: The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
