Object: active system of accounting and analysis of family medicine service. Methods: theoretical and methodological research basis seems general scientific and special recognition methods, with the help of which it was researched the methodology of accounting and analytical supply organizing of the system of family medicine service prices control. Suggested: it was researched by the author the stages of family medicine service; organizing points of family medicine service’s accounting were developed; the primary cost accounting services for the purposes of calculation of family medicine was developed in the determination of the duration of their provision by means of the proposed primary documents; organizational elements of the analysis provide family medicine services for medical institutions; an algorithm for determining the cost of family medicine services was offered , including the characteristics of the medical institutions activity.
