Essay

The thesis is dedicated to improving the scientific and methodical approach to formation of organizational and economic mechanism of operating surplus in the current conditions. It is suggested, to use combined methods, based on the concepts of the process-based management and financial responsibility centres for the method construction. The information and analysis tool of managing the operating surplus was developed, it is working on the basis of synergetic interaction of economic and mathematical and computer modeling, advanced technology of the information processing.
