Essay

The thesis examines the procedural provisions of proof in a criminal trial. Procedural content reveals evidence of their subject and purpose, landmark, method of collection, testing, evaluation, procedural, investigative (detective) and covert investigative (detective) action, the procedural status of participants in criminal proceedings. On the basis of the current Code of Ukraine asked to identify the object as proof of collection, assessment, examination of evidence, setting the limit determining the guilt of the person subject to criminal liability.
