Dissertation is devoted to consideration of actual problems of theoretical legal principles of administrative and legal regulation of oil and gas complex. It is analyzed Ukrainian laws and subordinate legal acts, which carried out the administrative and legal regulation of oil and gas. The legal status of the subjects of these areas, their competence and powers is investigated. The specificity licensing and licensing activity in the oil and gas sector, including in foreign countries is examined. The major contracts in oil and gas sector, concessions, production sharing agreements, service contracts, joint ventures are considered and analyzed.
