Object of study: Secondary hypertension on the primary gout background. The aim of the study. Improve the treatment of secondary hypertension on the gout background affecting on endothelial function, intracardiac hemodynamic and renal function by combination of angiotensin II receptor antagonist and calcium channel blocker. Research methods. General clinical examination, instrumental (computer rheography, ultrasound), biochemical (serum uric acid concentration, fasting glucose and after tolerance test, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, total nitric oxide metabolites in serum, the levels of urine albumen and creatinine), linked immunosorbent assay (serum cystatine C), statistical. Scientific novelty. Supplemented scientific data of the metabolic and hemodynamic factors impacting on the endothelial function deteriorations in the patient with primary gout which combined with secondary hypertension. The characteristics of the left ventricular remodeling in patients with secondary hypertension on the gout background and patients with essential hypertension were compared. Refined the scientific data of the renal dysfunction characteristics in patients with secondary hypertension of the gout background and demonstrated the predictive role of cystatine C in cardiovascular complications. For the first time showed a positive effect of gout patients complex treatment with using losartan and lercanidipine for secondary hypertension correction.
