Object of research - processes of formation of competitiveness of dairy enterprises in the context of economic security. The aim of the thesis is the development and substantiation of theoretical, methodological and organizational grounds of formation of competitiveness of dairy enterprises as a mechanism of counteraction to threats in the context of economic security In the process of the study used the following research methods: dialectical method of cognition, the abstract and the concrete, logical and historical, systematic-synergetic approach, etymological and ontological analysis of monographic analysis, content analysis, cost-benefit analysis. First proposed the formation of strategy of increase of competitiveness of dairy enterprises as a factor of ensuring their economic security on the basis of marketing management of competitiveness of dairy products will be implemented through a single integrated system with the aim of identifying competitive advantages, by diagnosing the competitive environment of the market monitoring needs of consumers, the positioning of dairy products, and analyzing competitors ' products and risks, ensuring the avoidance of threats or reduce their impact on the financial and economic condition of the enterprise
