The thesis deals with theoretical and practical issues of formation of the motivational component of enterprises internal economic mechanism. Based on theoretical generalizations of approaches to determine the internal economic mechanism of enterprises author's understanding of this category is specified. The essence and place of the motivational component as a key structural element of the internal mechanism of economic enterprise are determined.
