Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of clinical manifestations, morphological and morphometric changes of gastric mucosa in patients with osteoarthritis with the improving the efficiency of the treatment of gastropathies associated with the use of non-selective anti-inflammatory drugs. It was proved, that the addition of probiotic for 20 days to the standard scheme of treatment with proton pump inhibitors improves the elimination of dysbiosis in the intestine, that is caused by prolonged use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It was established, that the level of leptin in patients without erosive changes in gastric mucosa is statistically higher on 25%, (р?0,05), than in patients with gastropathies, associated with the use of non-selective anti-inflammatory drugs and that is why this indicator can be proposed as prognostic marker of functional integrity of gastric mucosa. Conducted studies deepen the understanding of the mechanisms of the mechanism of the influence of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on the intestine microflora. This allowed to offer a complex treatment (with the use of multiprobiotic), that improved the epitalization in gastric mucosa of antral part of the stomach and the elimination of dysbiosis.
