Scientific work contains analysis of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the management of investment activities engineering companies based system combining appropriate techniques and methods of information and analytical support of investment activity. In this dissertation special attention is paid to development of methods of study decision-making in the field of investment engineering companies, which provides synergy results of factor analysis of financial and economic indicators, analyzing the structural transformation of investment income, the rating companies based on their financial and economic activities and economic modeling of the dynamics of production features engineering companies based adaptation Cobb-Douglas model. Engineering companies rating assessment and suggestions on improvement of investment activity engineering companies are done. The necessity of using methods of analysis of the impact of structural transformation in management of investment income building enterprises, which enables the group to use approach to identify problems and prospects of development or purposeful concentration of investment resources in individual enterprises.
