The dissertation is the first comprehensive monographic research, which provides the complex criminal procedure and criminalistics research of prosecutor's procedural guidance of the investigation of robberies and blags, based on the general provisions of the theory of criminal law and procedure, criminalistics, criminology, and the results of the study materials forensic and prosecutorial practices, summarizing statistical data and conducted surveys of practitioners. The work describes the concept and nature of procedural management of pre-established its relationship with the public prosecutions determined the legal basis of procedural management of pre-trial investigation, its purpose and objectives. Terms of reference of the prosecutor - the head of procedural pre-trial investigation and their classification. The thesis analyzes the features of procedural management pre-trial investigation of robberies and armed assaults at the beginning of the preliminary investigation, during the primary investigation (search) and other procedural actions during the covert investigation (search) action at the initial stage of the investigation, during message to suspicions as well as the subsequent and final stages of investigation of robberies and blags.
