Nikolaieva V. Management of income from operations in the light industry.

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical bases and methodological approaches and development of application guidelines in the management of income from operations in the light industry. The author has characterized the current state of domestic light industry, applied situational approach to assessing the factors affecting the efficiency of income from operations of these companies. The complex analysis of the light industry efficiency of Vinnytsia region enterprises was conducted; using the method of matrix coordinates for its iteration. The management mechanism of income from operations of enterprises, it's reasonable structure and guidance of its operation that maximizes profit is suggested in the thesis. It is proved in the thesis that the introduction of income operations controlling at the enterprises that consists of a phased, consistent implementation of actions, will allow assessment of the economic and social performance as well as describing its basic functions. The results in the terms of controlling organizational, economic and social components will highlight the possible management measures and transformations that are aimed at improving the efficiency of these revenues formation. The methodical approach to information control that improves the efficiency and revenue management and justifies recommendations for determining the amount of information is consisting of basic scheme of light industry information flow and provides the management of its revenues from operations.
