Object of study: the formation of investment efficiency of the dairy industry. Objective: To develop new, improvement and further development of scientific principles and practical suggestions for improving investment efficiency of the dairy industry. Methods: abstract, logical analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogies and comparisons, comparative analysis, average and relative values, statistical groupings, monographs, graphic, index, coefficient, high-quality, correlation and regression, factor analysis, settlement- constructive, trend analysis, forecasting. Scientific novelty: for the first time offered theoretical and methodical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of investments in milk processing enterprises based on a matrix of aggregate system performance; Classification of investments aggregated system of indicators to measure the effectiveness of investments in milk processing, evaluation of the effectiveness of the project dairy enterprise process implementation of investment projects of integration and cooperation in the production and processing of milk; got further development of theoretical propositions about the nature of investments, systematization of factors influence the effectiveness of investments milk business, methodical approaches to the assessment of investment prospects milk business, methodical approach to selecting efficient technologies.
