The thesis is devoted to the complex study of the issues associated with the overcoming counteraction to investigation of crimes in the sphere of official activity. I have studied the legal and scientific development of the main aspects relating to the overcoming counteraction to investigation of crimes in the sphere of official activity. The criminalistic characterization of overcoming counteraction to investigation of crimes in the sphere of official activity is provided. I have disclosed the main forms, types and methods of the counteraction to investigation and identified the scope persons engaged in it, in particular.
