Ilchuk V. Organizational-economic fundamentals of operation of potato-producing enterprises at destination markets

The thesis argues conceptual fundamentals of establishment of organizational-economic mechanism of rational behavior of potato-producing enterprises at destination markets. The fundamentals expect intensification of structural-dynamic tendencies and characteristics of the mentioned markets, their complex consideration while applying organizational instruments to manage production and sales of products in the direction of constant competitive advantages, strengthening of market positions of the producers, system use of integration instruments to activate productive potential of population's farms. The research gives proposals as to improvement of relations between producing enterprises and consumers of seed potato. The author has made intensification of strategic directions to develop market of potato products in order to increase economic efficiency of operation of potato-producing enterprises with consideration of general branch peculiarities, transformation of market infrastructure, as well activation and integration of producers' interaction with primary development of their productive and servicing cooperation.
