The thesis is devoted to improving the quality of diagnosis of pathological occlusion Angle class ІІ1 children 10-13 years by clarifying morfoestetychnyh bite characteristics depending on the type of growth of the mandible. For the first time determined that patients who sought orthodontic care in Sumy Oblast Children's Clinical Dental clinic, the frequency of anomalies position of individual teeth (class and by Engle) is 71.24%. Among the anomalies bite in children 10-13 years predominant pathology Engle class II - 19.16%, which is 7 times more compared with children 6-9 years - 2.87%. Developed and implemented in practice orthodontics author's method of determining the type of growth of the lower jaw to the control and diagnostic models of jaws without an X-ray, which will choose a rational method of treatment and its prediction in patients 10-13 years of dentition abnormalities ІІ1 Engle class. Refined scientific evidence morphometric features bite in children 10-13 years of dentition abnormalities ІІ1 Engle class depending on the type of growth of the mandible. Analysis of studies on the aesthetic change facial profile showed 100% correlation with the morphometric characteristics bite. For the first time defined the characteristic aesthetic change the face of full and proved their correlation with the morphometric characteristics bite.
