Essay

The response of antioxidant system of roots on copper treatment under enhanced acidity of cultural solution was studied. It was found that rising of antioxidant activity leads to development of adaptation processes against stress factors. Treatment of 50 µM of copper sulfate causes damages which exceed protective and reparative abilities of organism and slows down growth processes.
