Essay

The main etiological factors of various forms of symptomatic gingivitis (catarrhal, hypertrophic and desquamative) in patients with GP, taking into account age, gender and the presence of somatic pathology. In conditions of experimental periodontal disease in rats investigated the periodontal-protection effects of different composition of therapeutic and prophylactic toothpastes. Substantiated and tested treatment protocol granulation and fibrous forms of symptomatic hypertrophic gingivitis using the method of photodynamic therapy. Theoretically substantiated and developed the scheme of treatment and preventive measures for the patients GP with various forms of symptomatic gingivitis (catarrhal, hypertrophic, desquamative) which include rational instrumental removal of dental plaque, differential prescription medication (anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory) and individual selection of oral hygiene.
