Revika K. The Development of Mechanisms of Structural Policy in the Foreign Sphere of National Economy

he object of the research is the process of the development and implementation of the foreign economic sphere of the structural policy mechanisms of the national economy in terms of deepening of the European integration processes. The aim of the research is the rationale of the theoretical and scientific-methodological bases and developing the practical recomendations on the formation and implementation of the structural policy of foreign economic sphere of the national economy. There are methods of the research: analysis and synthesis, the systematic approach, economic analysis, comparative analysis, statistical methods. The scientific novelty of this work is the creation of the theoretical, methodological and organizational foundations of mechanisms of the structural policy of foreign economic sphere of the national economy. For the first time the conceptual provisions for improving of the the mechanism for implementing of the structural policies of foreign economic sphere of the national economy have been formulated. There were improved: the scientific approach to the disclosure of communications between the structure of the internal and external sectors of the national economy; the methodical positions of analytical support structural development in the national economy with considering of the impact of external economic sphere; the direction of organizational and information support of the structural policy sphere of foreign economic of Ukraine's mechanisms. We have got for further development: the theoretical interpretation of the concept of "structural policies"; methodical approach to quantify the structural changes in the external sphere; the scientific approach to determining the characteristics of the formation and implementation of the structural policy in Ukraine; the scientific advice on the structural and content restructuring mechanisms for the implementation of structural policy of foreign economic sphere of the national economy
