Essay

The thesis is a research of forms and methods of public administration of the state customs in Ukraine, their content, system and dynamics. There is analyzed the level of scientific development of forms and methods of public administration in the civil customs. There is defined the content of the concept of «public administration» based on his comparison with the more traditional «governance» by finding out quantitative and qualitative differences between the categories of «public» and «administration», the characteristics of their use in public customs.
