The thesis is devoted to solve scientific - applied problem of improving the technology and development of technical means for extracting the lake sapropel from the layer of water and then used as a component for the production of solid organic fertilizer by composting. The physical, mechanical and rheological properties of lake sapropel are reviewed. Proposed and justified a new way of getting out the sapropel from under the layer of water by milling type intaking device without destroying the reservoir and the partial displacement of free water. Theoretically substantiated options of wide-curved shelves, made as part of an Archimedean spiral, and helical Double-walled press, investigated the interaction of working bodies with an array of the middle layer of lake sapropel, mathematical model of movement of the material along the inner curved surface of the shelf and installed structural and kinematic parameters of the technical means for extracting sapropel from under the layer of water . The technological parameters of the extracting technical mean developed according to the agronomic and environmental requirements.
