The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical, applied and methodical provisions of development the technology of effective personnel management at an industrial plant. The definitions of "technology" and "personnel management" have been overviewed. The author vision of the concept of "personnel management technology" has been given. The classification of personnel management technologies has been provided. The groups of indicators that reflect the components of personnel management technology have been proposed. Integrated values have been calculated for each component of personnel management technology studied for years for a selected set of enterprises.
