The thesis is devoted to researching the provisions of expansion and development of practical recommendations for the evaluation of innovative potential construction companies. The categorical-conceptual apparatus of innovative potential of enterprises was investigated. The scientific views to the principles of innovation potential and species of classification features innovative potential were systematized. The approach to management and the sequence of management process innovation potential of the company were elaborated. The methodical approach to the assessment of the innovative potential was proposed and it was tested on construction enterprises of Dnipropetrovsk region. The key determinants of formation and use of innovative potential construction companies were identified. The list of indicators to measure innovation capacity building enterprise was formed. The effect of environmental factors on the innovative potential of construction enterprises was determined. The prediction of formation and use of innovative capacity was carried and the mechanism of innovative potential construction company was formed.
