Meshcheriakov V. Mechanisms of state regulation in the sphere of protection of historical and cultural heritage and architectural monuments in the region

In this thesis, the author provides theoretical generalizations and new solution for topical scientific task of creating and implementing mechanisms of state regulation in the sphere of protection of historical and cultural heritage and monuments of architecture in regions based on scientific substantiation of their components and structure in theoretical and methodological aspects. The in-depth analysis of current legal framework and analytical assessment of implementation of international standards by Ukraine and possibilities of their application in the sphere of protection of historical and cultural heritage has been performed. The sphere of protection of historical and cultural heritage and monuments of architecture in regions as an object of state regulation has been considered, and structural-functional model of the comprehensive mechanism of state regulation in this sphere in regions has been developed, its structure and composition have been defined.
