The object of research is a process of crisis management system based on the diversification of enterprises. Subject of investigation - theoretical, methodical and applied positions of the crisis management system formation based on diversification of enterprises. The aim of the thesis is a study of theoretical and methodical foundations and development of scientific recommendations for the crisis management system formation based on diversification of enterprises. The practical significance of the results is the development of scientific and methodical approaches and recommendations to the crisis management system formation based on diversification of enterprises. In the process, the following methods are used: theoretical synthesis, analysis and synthesis, statistical; system analysis, surveys and expert assessments; economic modeling, matrix, graphic method. Scientific novelty of the results is the justification of theoretical and methodical principles and scientific development of recommendations of crisis management system formation based on the diversification of enterprises. The scientific approach to the choice of business diversification strategy, taking into account the stage of their life cycle and the level of development of crisis management by developing a matrix, the use of which allows adequate decisions on strategic activities of enterprises in the challenges of the environment is firstly worked out.
