Essay

The thesis is dedicated to development the issues of "synaesthesia" as the phenomenon of the XX-XXI centuries music and as a concept of the musical synestesiology. On basis of the researches of B. Galeev, N. Kolyadenko, I. Vanyechkina, A. Dorso, С. Campen, L. Marks, CheongWai-Ling, idea of synesthesia in creativity were systemized. It is noted that synesthesia in music manifested at all levels of the communicative process (composer-performer-listener) and accented its cognitive sense.
