The thesis is devoted to defining the specific functioning of folk-song performance in modern professional musical practice last third of XX - beginning of XXI century. Folk-song performing studied as a systemic phenomenon, mobility ratio paradigmatic and contextual attributes which is adequate to the changing cultural realities and ensure its existence in the modern musical professional practice. The characteristic features of performance paradigm of representative works of R. Kirichenko, N. Matvienko, K. Kondratenko, group "Drevo" and "DakhaBrakha" .
