Essay

It was created for the first time the preconditions for the implementation at the legislative level of the system and efficient mechanism to protect the human right to their own personal data, notably it is established the mechanism of introducing by the subject of personal data the confidentiality of their data, defined the concept of "confidentiality of personal data". It is proved that the creation of public registers in which the processing of personal data is restricted access information, as well as the purpose and procedure of processing of personal data, the composition of such data, shall be determined by law.
