Koliadenko P. Legal regime of electronic data resource for a court hearing in Ukraine

This research is the first Ukrainian comprehensive one into theoretical and applied problems of legal regime of electronic data resource for fixing a court hearing, using technical means. Using systematic and structural research into a legal regime of electronic data resource of court hearing by technical means, in the Ph. D. thesis the following is attained: stages and elements of legal regime of such resource are distinguished; essence of a range of its risks is defined; proposals regarding improvement of a legal base governing such legal regime are elaborated; a scientific task related to research into theoretical and practical problems of contemporary legal regime of electronic data resource of court hearing and its improvement is resolved.
