Prysyazhnyuk A. Administrative-legal provision of passenger road transport in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the complex research of the modern state of administrative-legal maintenance of passenger transportation vehicles in Ukraine and the development of science-based proposals aimed at improving the mechanism of administrative-legal ensuring of passenger transport by road. The study is based on synthesis of scientific provisions of the theory of state and law, administrative, transport, commercial and civil law, theory and practice of management. The provisions and conclusions of the work based on the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, legislative and sub-legal acts which regulate social relations in the sphere of passenger transportation by road. Information and the empirical base of the study make generalization of the practice activities of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine, "Ukrtransleasing", GAI Ministry of internal Affairs (patrol of the National police), bodies of local self-government on the organization of monitoring the implementation of passenger transport by road statistics. The study also identified and characterized the components and the status of administrative-legal support of passenger transportations by motor transport in Ukraine, considers the concept and types of passenger transport vehicles, identified the subjects of administrative legal ensuring of passenger transport vehicles and their legal status, administrative legal relations of the participants of passenger transportation by motor transport, administrative and legal conditions for the exercise of passenger transport by road administrative-legal responsibility for violations associated with passenger road transport, measures on improvement of forms and methods of control over passenger transportation by road and ways of improving the mechanism of administrative and legal support of passenger transportations by motor transport in Ukraine.
