Shushulkova V. Organizational and legal regulation of administrative commissions of local government activity

The present thesis research addresses analysis of organizational and legal regulation of administrative commissions' activity at executive bodies of local self-government. Methodological foundations of administrative commissions' activity are defined, namely their essence and place in the system of executive bodies of local self-government, peculiar aspects of legal regulation and legal nature of their activity; functional organizational structure of administrative commissions, i.e. procedure of their formation, composition of commissions, tasks, functions and organizational structure. The legal status of members of administrative commissions and their authorities are described, as well as legal liability and the ways to improve organizational and legal regulation. Suggestions on clarification of some statutory acts that regulate the functioning of administrative commission activity are provided and a draft law "On administrative commissions at executive bodies of local self-government" developed.
