Lavrenyk Y. Justification ecological community oral correction in children with orthodontic treatment.

Dissertation is devoted to defining the role of dentoalveolar anomalies, namely ecological community oral cavity against the background of orthodontic pathology in the mechanisms of dental caries and chronic catarrhal gingivitis in children 7-16 years and pathogenetic substantiation method of correcting its negative impact on the basis of clinical and biochemical studies using developed treatment-and-prophylactic complex. The increase in the prevalence of dental caries and catarrhal gingivitis children 7-16 years of age with orthodontic pathology and proved that the highest prevalence of lesions of dental hard tissues and inflammation in periodontal tissues were children of a permanent technique in the mouth, and the lowest - with non-removable orthodontic devices. Established risk factors lesions of dental hard tissues and inflammatory periodontal diseases in children diagnosed during orthodontic treatment. Clinical and biochemical studies have established that the main factors of lesions in hard tissue of teeth and inflammation in periodontal tissues in children treated orthodontic pathology removable and non-removable structures, is a violation of microbiota, reducing nonspecific resistance in the mouth, as well as irregularities in the composition and properties oral liquid and the efficiency of forestry designation, comprising mucosal gel and calcium multyprobiotic to tooth decay and chronic catarrhal gingivitis.
