The study highlights the peculiarities of the development of dental diseases in children with congenital deafness and assessment of the efficiency of new prevention and treatment plan. 99congenitally deaf and 43 children with normal hearing aged 6-16 years old were examined.Current survey releases new data on high prevalence(83 %)(р<0.05) and intensity (4.64) (р<0.05)of carious lesion, violations in lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defense in children of index group. Deaf children showedsignificant (p< 0.01) difference inlocal immunity and dysbiosis grade of oral cavity in comparison to children with normal hearing.4-6 isolates were present in 83.8 %of children of index group over against 14.3 % (р < 0.01)in comparison group.Interrelationship between psycho-emotional status and hard dental and periodontal tissue state is proved. In a year after administration of sublingual tablets with adaptogenic actionsand mouthwash with lizocim the growth of carious lesion has reduced by 82 %, the hygiene state has improved, the inflammation of gums (PMA) has decreased by 88 %, the level of accumulation of lipid peroxidation products has decreased by 33.9 %, the level of antioxidant defense and oral cavity defense has increased (catalase has elevated by 44.7 %, superoxide dismutase has elevated by 43.2 % and antioxidant-prooxidant index has elevated by 121.4 %), the local immunity values has improved (sIgAhas elevated by 30.7, lysozyme activity has elevated by 58.1 %, dysbiosis grade has depleted by 71.7% and urease activity has depleted by 52.6 %).Suggested therapeutic and preventive measures revealed higher efficiency of elimination of pathogenic streptococcosis, periodontal pathogenic bacteria, enterobacteria,non-fermenting gram-negative bacteria in comparison with traditional measures.
